Habitat Canada is partnering with Green Terra Homes to help families achieve affordable buying

Habitat for Humanity Canada and Green Terra Homes are excited to announce a brand new phase with their partnership that will help families achieve affordable homeownership around the world. As a possible ongoing commitment, Green Terra Homes will offer the clientele an opportunity to give one % from the cost of their purchase to Habitat Canada.


Like Green Terra Homes as well as customers, Habitat Canada believes from the significance about sustainable building.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with an innovative company like Green Terra Homes,” says Mark Rodgers, Ceo and president of Habitat for Humanity Canada. “This relationship shows that both Green Terra Homes and Habitat Canada are committed to designing and constructing homes which allow families to get strong, stable and independent.”

Both organizations also joined in 2015, with Green Terra Homes creating a dedication to provide Habitat Canada with steel home framing kits.

About Green Terra Homes

Established this year, Green Terra Homes is Canada’s first in support of CWB CSA A660 and CSA A277 certified steel frame Tiny Homes factory. Prefab homes and manufactured homes are constructed using steel from about six recycled cars, saving about 40 trees per home. The manufacturing unit in Trenton ON also manufactures park model homes, and RVs in addition to steel buildings and structures. The factory is offered to the general public with prior appointment.
