A fresh 2016 Christmas rock song has been written, composed and then recorded inside a Phuket studio room in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with all the main goal of bringing awareness and experience of the Phuket Charities and Orphanages that Mark supports.
The tunes name is: ‘I’m returning for Christmas’ and the songs genre can be an unique up-tempo Rock/POP song. Mark wrote and semi recorded a demo guide of ‘I’m returning home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket and it has had the demo guide subsequently looking forward to this chance to record.
In August 2016 Mark started the recording process and used session musicians to record the song more than a 6 week period. The tunes contains 8 separate tracks and all sorts of session musician are from the Philippines, including the lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’. Though ‘I’m Coming Home For I’m coming home for Christmas was studio upon Phuket the mixing, engineering and mastering was over in the us on account of Mark wanted the very best result and audio quality. The song is now willing to be paid attention to and downloaded by looking at the Tsunami Day website.
The main goal of recording ‘I’m Returning For Christmas’ would be to bring as many people for the ‘Tsunami Day’ website as is possible, after which hopefully in-turn they’ll be kind enough to donate to a single or all the Phuket charities also to also download the song.
The other absolute goal is enough downloads with the song to advance and set up Phuket charities with open stage and recording / teaching studio on Phuket, that will offer free lessons and tuition to local underprivileged children in the local schools and orphanages. Currently ‘La QingTing’ isn’t open yet however the web site is below (QingTing means: ‘Dragon Fly’ in Chinese if you’re wondering)
About: Mark set-up the ‘Tsunami Day’ how do people promote his song ‘Tsunami Day’ which has been inspired from his own personal experiences as i was surviving in Patong back in 2004 when the Tsunami hit Patong on boxing day. Much like ‘I’m Returning home For Christmas’ the song ‘Tsunami Day’ also brought awareness to local Phuket Charities and children’s Orphanages. For the ‘Tsunami Day’ web there is numerous ways to help such as a Phuket Hotels and economical flights to Thailand and Asia booking system. Every penny helps.
Credits: Mark would want to thank his sponsors: ‘Michael Dietvorst’ ( One who owns Oriental Living, Phuket ), ‘Stuart Baker’ ( Md of Food Hygiene Asia ), ‘Alan Cooke’ (MBE), ‘Adam Goodman’ ( Gm of Two Chefs Restaurants on Phuket ) and ‘Cassius Rolfe-Johnson’ (CEO of Phuket Home Services).
