Nishant Sudhakaran From India Sculpts a Masterpiece Scrap Metal Ganesha Idol!

With a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, in 2010 ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to create a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.


An expert in creating sculptors beyond metal scrap, whenever a client approached Nishant to create one among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby daughter is an response to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came as an possiblity to express the romance on the higher power.

Inspite of the short notice, a task that will need a consignment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece inside a month. Tirelessly day time and night together with his team, he admits that “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts needed to be handpicked so they really could fit in as being a jigsaw puzzle. This Ganpati Idol has been made from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts only to name a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can also be produced from gears, nuts, bolts and also using a piston block along with a wrought iron tail.
With the 6 foot Ganpati created away from automobile scrap for his client, the next work for Nishant is really a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
