We need to help motivate others to advance up the ladder and realize their full potential but work with the living and do not make an attempt to raise the dead. If you have a staff with great work ethic and imagination, cause them to follow their dreams.
As entrepreneurs we have to accept down to growing a prosperous business without making excuses. No whining, just get busy. Promote the entrepreneurial spirit. As small businesses and wealth builders we have to collectively undertake the duty for healing a sick economy. It will take working longer and smarter while signing up for more risk. But collectively we as the major employer in this country must step-up for the plate. Find and hire at least one more person by incorporating work ethic that will learn and implement concepts of producing wealth.
Wealth and success are created with imagination fueled by work. When someone has neither an imagination nor a strong work ethic, they will never create wealth. They have to somehow still find it within themselves, or start with the basics if you attempt to stimulate these characteristics that can take them to the next level.
