Habitat for Humanity Canada and Green Terra Homes are excited to announce a whole new phase with their partnership that will aid families achieve affordable homeownership in the united states. Just as one ongoing commitment, Green Terra Homes will give the clientele the option to donate one per-cent with the cost of their purchase to Habitat Canada.
Like Green Terra Homes and it is customers, Habitat Canada believes in the significance of sustainable building.
“We’re happy to be partnering by having an innovative company like Green Terra Homes,” says Mark Rodgers, Ceo and president of Habitat for Humanity Canada. “This relationship shows that both Green Terra Homes and Habitat Canada are dedicated to designing and constructing homes that enable families to be strong, stable and independent.”
The two organizations also joined in 2015, with Green Terra Homes building a dedication to provide Habitat Canada with steel home framing kits.

About Green Terra Homes
Established this year, Green Terra Homes is Canada’s first and just CWB CSA A660 and CSA A277 certified steel frame Prefab Homes factory. Prefab homes and manufactured homes are constructed using steel from about six recycled cars, saving an average of 40 trees per home. The manufacturing facility in Trenton ON also manufactures park model homes, and RVs as well as steel buildings and structures. The factory is available to the public with prior appointment.
