Misconduct allegations against Lemelle first emerged publicly in July 2024 when SoCal Impact reported that they had completed a year-long investigation.

Recently, Lemelle has been in the news for social change advocacy controversy. Leaders from victims rights organizations have been vocal about Lemelle’s conduct since court papers emerged. Experts have condemned Lemelle’s seemingly double life.
Lemelle has been blamed for falsely accusing a domestic violence victim of violence. A Socal coalition released a scathing report yesterday detailing findings of egregious misconduct and misrepresentation by Lemelle. SoCal Impact investigators reported the misconduct had resulted in an exercise of intimidation by Lemelle, their investigation found.
Investigators determined that “Lemelle, through overt and intentional acts mistreated and violated the victim in several ways, like inhumane imposing of burdens, relentless and unremitting subjection to suffering, intimidation, permitting intimidating predatorily conduct, bearing false witness under oath inside a courtroom against a criminal offence victim who posed no immediate threats, and abuse of power, especially from the unjust exercise of authority,” the coalition announced.
Lemelle denies the claims.
“The investigation has not been in a position to substantiate one of the personal attacks levied contrary to the crime victim by Lemelle. The victim is credible as well as the attacks on the victim are extremely alarming, several prominent leaders said,” the report stated.
“The acts were deemed shameful for anyone who statements to empower girls, Gen Z and the next generation about the Social Good Movement Tour and who says he will advocate to the empowerment of females locally, nationally, and globally,” the coalition said.
The California businesswoman owns multiple enterprises including Pitbull PR Agency Inc., and Angel City Salute (ACS). Lemelle is a former Capital of scotland – Glendale Commissioner on the Status of girls, in line with the L.A. Times.
Within a statement Thursday morning, a spokesperson for the Capital of scotland- Glendale said “we aren’t permitted to comment” as a result of the claims.
“The best investigations expose wrongdoing or injustice and spark reform. We the mouth area . give voice to the voiceless,” the coalition said.
“By improving transparency into investigations, SoCal Impact expects the amount of cases reported to raise and can behave as a deterrent which will help prevent misconduct,” the report stated.
